Christmas Layout

Happy Tuesday!!

Today is my DT day for Timeless Twine and I cannot wait to share my layout with all of you. I pushed myself, as I have been lately, to go out of my comfort zone and let me tell you, I LOVE it!! Pushing myself has truly made me grow more creatively!

So, here is my project for today

I seen this idea on Two Peas and just HAD to try it! They did it with a Halloween theme, but I have these B/W photos of my boys, and I thought it would be fun to do a layout similar with these photos. I just cut the background out with my Cameo and attached different patterned papers from My Big Ideas mini stack. I really LOVE how this layout turned out!

For this layout I used the following:

Timeless Twine Cherry Red

Paper - My Big Ideas mini stack

Paint - Making Memories

SVG stars and tree - Scraptastical Kreations

I am also entering this layout into the Paper Issues Link Party!

Well, that's all for today. Thank you for stopping by and taking a look at my layout today. I hope I've inspired you to go beyond your comfort zone and try something you normally wouldn't. Have a fabulous day!!

Hugs,

Kristy

Tis the Season...

Happy Sunday, Everyone!!

I hope you all are having a blessed day!!

I have been working with vinyl the last few days, and I decided last night that it was time to switch it up and play with some paper, so I decided to play along with the Peachy Keen challenge and a few linky party's as well. This week they have a sketch challenge up, and I'm a sucker for sketches!!

Here's the sketch for the challenge

And, here is my take on the sketch

Here is a closer view of the bottom portion of the tag

For this I used the following:

Peachy Keen - PK-570 Basic Paper Doll Faces

Paper - The Paper Studio Christmas Stack

Twine - Timeless Twine Watermelon Sorbet

Bling - Studio 112

I am also entering this card into the following challenges/linky parties

Just B Creative link party

Everyday is an Occasion - Sunday Fun-day link party

Ribbon Carousel - Anything Goes challenge

Well, that's all for today. Thank you all for stopping by and I hope you all have been inspired in some way.

Hugs,

Kristy

Merry Christmas Card

Good Morning!

Well, we're two weeks into the month of November, which means Christmas will be here in no time. It's time to get started on those Christmas cards, so I wanted to share with all of you a cute and simple card that takes only minutes to make!

I grabbed some plain rhinestones from my stash and grabbed a pink permanent marker and colored them to fit my needs. I didn't have any pink bling to work for this card, so there is nothing better than being able to create your own. I used the Timeless Twine Key Lime Sorbet to create the bow, which I layered a few times to give it some fullness. This really is a quick, easy and super cute card to send out this Christmas!

For this card I used:

Co-ordinations pink and green cardstock

Stamps from Jaded Blossom

Recollections bling

Timeless Twine - Key Lime Sorbet

This set below from Scraptastical Kreations shop

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope I have inspired you in some way!

Live life creatively!

Hugs,

Kristy
