Happy Friday, Everyone!!
Well, as the years pass by and my boys are teenagers, I don't get many current photos of them. They run and hide from any sight of a camera, so that leaves me with one subject that doesn't have too much of a choice to run when she sees a camera; our pit Sadie. She's a great sport and I truly LOVE that I get photos of her and can use "girly" papers and colors when creating layouts of her. Having 3 males as my main (before Sadie came along) subjects, a change of pace as been so nice! With all that said, I will be sharing a layout today of my baby girl, Sadie.
Sadie would always go with me to pick up the boys from school when she was much smaller than she is now. She would whine and hang out the window waiting for her human brothers to make it to the car. And, in this photo that is exactly what she is doing; patiently waiting. I adore this photo. It is one of my very favorites of her.
When I received my April kit from Scraptastic Club, I knew exactly what photo I wanted to use and it was, of course, my favorite one that I have been itching to scrap since I printed it. I was going for a bright and bold feel, but that kind of took a different route. I really like the pink, navy, and yellow color scheme, which is something that is not so typical me, but I really LOVE how these colors really flow well with each other.
For my kit this month, I chose the "Worth Wondering" main kit and the add on. Yep, I treated myself a bit this month.
For this layout I used the following products
Cardstock - Bazzill Chocolate Malt
Patterned Paper - My Mind's Eye & Teresa Collins
Journal Tags - Scraptastic Club Exclusive Cut-aparts,
Sequins - Bella Creationz
Puffy Stickers - Evalicious
Die Cut - October Afternoon,
Enamel Dots - Teresa Collins

Kristy
